At Mondo, everyone is welcome and equally respected. Regardless of your age or performance level, we’re dedicated to helping you reach your goals safely and confidently.
When to arrive
To offer you the best physical therapy experience, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to your first appointment to fill out new patient paperwork. If you have already completed your paperwork online, show up 5 minutes early. If you expect to be more than 15 minutes late, please give us a call so we can reschedule your appointment.
What to bring
If you’re coming to physical therapy for injury or surgery recovery, please bring any imaging reports with you. You’re also welcome to bring your running shoes or any other personal equipment that impacts your movement.
What to wear
Wear clothes that you feel comfortable moving and exercising in.
What to expect
Like every future appointment, your first appointment will include one-on-one treatment time with your fellowship trained physical therapist. Your therapist will give you a diagnosis that explains the root cause of your condition and provide you with a tailored treatment plan. After your one-hour appointment, you’ll go home with a path to recovery and exercises to practice at home.

Before your first appointment, fill out your new patient paperwork online and arrive 5 minutes early at the clinic.
At Mondo, we value creating an environment where you feel comfortable and known. You will begin each appointment with your same fellowship trained physical therapist who will diagnose and treat you. Our model allows you to develop a one-on-one relationship with your therapist to maintain continuity of care.
You’ll spend 45 to 60 minutes with your therapy team.
Most insurance companies cover some portion of physical therapy treatment. To ensure that your insurance covers the cost of the treatment at Mondo, please contact our front desk at (512)358-1400.

You don’t need a referral to begin physical therapy in Texas. After 10 or 15 business days, the state requires a referral to continue.
Yes, you can come to Mondo with that referral. The choice of providers is yours.
