At Mondo, we are passionate about being an in-network provider. We have worked tirelessly to negotiate contracts with insurance providers. If your insurance company is not listed, they have either declined to be in-network with us due to there being a high volume of providers in our area or do not extend an appropriate reimbursement rate for services provided.
If we are not in-network with your insurance, or you would prefer not to use your health insurance benefits, you can still receive services at our facility at our self-pay rates.
For Medicare participants who wish to come to Mondo, we will gladly treat you at our self-pay rate. Due to Mondo Sports Therapy not participating with Medicare, we will not be responsible for filing a claim to either Medicare or your secondary insurance. You must also waive your right to submit your own receipts for reimbursement. It is undecided whether or not we will be accepting Medicare in the future.
