PURSUE ONGOING EDUCATION
As a team dedicated to innovation, we prioritize education—for our patients and for our therapists. We require all of our physical therapists to be fellowship trained or willing to start training as soon as they join our team. We cover the cost of Manual Therapy Fellowship training and offer up to $1,000 per year toward ongoing education so you can continue to explore your orthopedic interests and achieve your goals.
RECEIVE MENTORSHIP
Our approach to patient care is collaborative, which includes a strong emphasis on mentoring and learning from each other. Whether you’re a recent grad or an established therapist, you are an equally valued member of our team. If you’re interested in excelling in your career, we’re here to support you and challenge you to keep growing.
ENJOY WORK/LIFE BALANCE
You have a life outside of your job—and we want you to enjoy it! We offer consistent schedules with no weekend work so you can stress less about managing your schedule and more time focused on what you love: working with patients. Our competitive benefits package allows you to take care of your own health and take time off when you need it.
Benefits
Work in an environment that supports you as a therapist and as a human.
PRIVATE OWNERSHIP
Unlike corporate conglomerates, the bottom line isn’t our bottom line. We will always prioritize our patients and our team above meeting a specific quota. As a privately owned and therapist owned clinic, we foster a work environment where everyone feels cared for and heard.
CLINIC SUPPORT
We want to set you up for success. From helping each other with our patients to taking administrative work off your plate, we want to remove any barriers to treating your patients with the best care and leaning into your strengths.
