PURSUE ONGOING EDUCATION

As a team dedicated to innovation, we prioritize education—for our patients and for our therapists. We require all of our physical therapists to be fellowship trained or willing to start training as soon as they join our team. We cover the cost of Manual Therapy Fellowship training and offer up to $1,000 per year toward ongoing education so you can continue to explore your orthopedic interests and achieve your goals.

Front Office Coordinator

Are you looking for a stable career and wanting to grow and develop your skill set with a company? We are a busy outpatient orthopedic physical therapy facility looking for a Medical Front Office Coordinator.

The front office coordinator will be responsible for greeting and checking-in patients, collecting patient demographic information, verifying health insurance, collecting payments, answering and returning phone calls and patient emails. This job requires excellent communication skills, organization skills and ability to multitask. Must work well with other team members

Experience:

Front office experience required
Customer service experience: 1 year (preferred)
